Internet Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment
General Tee Times
- To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
- You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round and inform the staff of your Internet Booking. If the Pro shop is closed, you must register at the Bar or Office before you commence your round.
Open Events
- We take the full payment at the time of booking for all Open Entries.
- Your debit/credit card details will be held as a guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
General Tee Times
- You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number.
- If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge and your payment will be refunded.
- If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card and the balance refunded.
Open Events
- If your cancel your booking less than four weeks before your date of play, refunds will not be given.
- Failure To Cancel Your Booking
- If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Course Closed
- If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), refunds will be issued.
Booking Transfer
- The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
General Tee Times
- Handicap certificates are not required for general play however players must have the ability to play to a reasonable standard to ensure their enjoyment and those players on the course at the same time.
Open Events
- Handicap Certificates are required by all players in all Open Competitions.
Dress Code
Members, visitors and guests are asked to observe the following dress code in order to uphold the standards of Didsbury Golf Club.
